Campaigns are tailored to your situation – the big push or nice and discreet – it’s your choice.

Buyers – house-hunting can be time consuming. Commute time, the best schools, the garden, the open-plan kitchen – there’s so much to consider. Your evenings and weekends are lost to dozens of viewings. Not with CJPC. We believe in quality over quantity – we’d rather show you one ideal home than ten that don’t fit your requirements. Viewings then become exciting, rather than frustrating.

Christopher Linton

Having gained extensive experience of the local market through his time at Savills and Jackson-Stops, Christopher brings a wealth of knowledge to the table at CJPC. He has lived in the locality all his life, and his two daughters have attended the local schools, giving him invaluable local insight and connections. Across his career, Christopher has been involved in many high-value transactions for both country and town houses, assisting buyers and sellers alike. His passion for the industry has driven him to co-found CJPC, where he places true value on realistic appraisals, honest and tailored advice, and really challenging the perceptions of how property transactions are handled. Christopher has been a member of the National Association of Estate Agents since 1997.

James Lloyd

James worked in the City for six years before moving into the property industry, where his true passion lies. He gained knowledge of the South-West London property market through his time with Chestertons, before moving to work for Savills in Bromley. Once the Bromley office had been established and was running successfully, James moved to Savills in Cranbrook, where he spent six years as Associate Director, giving him invaluable insights into the local area and market. James is known for his reliable input and unbiased, considered advice. His drive to provide ethical and independent property professionalism has spurred him to co-found CJPC.
